First 3,000 kms Maintenance

Change the engine oil
Change the oil filter of the engine
Check the level of oil coolant
Check the tyre pressure
Check functions of steering, gear, brakes, horns, lamps and adjust them if necessary.
Grease the ball joints of steering linkage through nipples lubricate universal joints and propeller shaft spines with grease through nipple.
Check the idling speed of the engine; Check the front wheel toe-in.
Clean the dust in the air filter.
Adjustment for fan belt tension.
Adjustment of the valve clearance.

Every 5,000 kms Maintenance

Check the tension of the fan belt and adjust.
Check the level of oil and coolant
Check tyre pressure.

Check the tightness of the wheel hub bearing.
Retighten all fastenings and connecting parts of the vehicles.
Check oil level of the gearbox, transfer front and rear axles.

Every 15,000 kms Maintenance

Repeat the items of maintenance for every 5000km
Check the diesel filter and change it if necessary.
Change oil in gearbox, transfer front and rear axle and steering gear.
Change grease in front and rear wheel hub bearings

Every 25,000 kms Maintenance

Repeat the maintenances after every 15,000 kms.
Change the filter of air-cleaner.
Change the cooling fluid of the cooling system
